Question
what is the different between chameleon and iguanas? and how to feed and take care it?

Answer
Chameleons and iguanas are both tropical and tree dwelling but the similarity ends there. Iguanas are much larger and heavier then chameleons. Iguanas average about 5 - 6 feet in total length while the most common (pet) chameleon species are generally less the 20 inches. Their diets are quite different as well, iguanas are herbivorous while chameleons are primarily insectivorous. Iguanas can become quite tame and responsive to human interaction but chameleons are quite shy and easily stressed by being handled. I have included a couple basic care sheets. The iguana care sheet is specific for the green iguana, which is the common species in the pet trade. The chameleon care sheet is more general. There are several different species of chameleons in the pet trade and their care (temperature and humidity requirements) differ between species. If you have a certain species of chameleon in mind then please post a follow-up question and I can go into more detail.
