Question
I rescued a female breaded dragon it lived outside in a wildlife preserve for a while not sure how long they found it and brought it to a local petco that I was shopping at and of course had to take it home with me. It seemed that it was very hungry and under feed for a while so we nourished it back and seemed to be doing fine so we put it in with our male dragon they got along just fine. Then we moved and she adjusted just fine but now after a week here she has been having a runny eye and will hardly eat a thing, digging holes, put her by the water dish and she sat there with her face in the water drinking for about 10 minutes. Is there something wrong with her or is she just adjusting to the move still
If you can please help

Answer
Chances are she may be gravid due to being put in with a male.  And putting her in with the male was a risky move.  She came to you underweight, from a petstore where the chances of parasite contamination is high, plus being in the wild where she might have picked up giardia from contaminated water, plus the stress of being in a confined space with a male (males are horndogs, let's face it)
Both dragons will have to see the herp vet.  If there are parasites, they both have them now.  She should be checked for eggs and for any infection in that eye. She will probably need extra food and calcium supplement.
You will also need a separate enclosure for her.  There she will be able to recover without the stress of an amorous suitor who also might have subtly kept her from getting enough food.
If she's gravid, you'll need to set up a proper laybox for her to lay her eggs. Instructions for this set up can be found at blackninjakitty.com. Once the eggs are laid, give her lots of additional food, good calcium rich greens like collards, dandelion, turnip greens and mustard greens.  The eggs should be immediately frozen for 24 hours before throwing them out.  The chances of very sickly babies from mother just recovering are too high to attempt to hatch.

For future reference, when bringing in a new dragon, keep them away from the others for at least 90 days, washing your hands after handling him/her or the inside of the tank each time.  Have a vet check the animal for parasites or infection two weeks after getting the dragon and a second fecal before introducing them to pet you already have.
