Beardie lump

Hi, my male bearded dragon has got a lump showing through his neck, it has only come up in the past 2 days. it does not bother him and he lets you touch it, but i have noticed when i feed him he is struggling to pick up his food, his tongue does not seem to come out as far as it usually does. He is happy and runs round everywhere, please help.

Could you possibly post a picture of that for me?  It is hard or soft?
It could be an abscess of some sort, or a cyst, or a tumor.  I think it would be best if you took him to the vet to get them to aspirate some fluids from the site for lab analysis.  That way you can see if there is any infection in it.
