diets of four lined plated lizards

i have a pet four lined plated lizard and i was wondering if he can survive off just eating one small mouse the leaving veggies and fruits in the cage for about 3-4 days.

Plateds are omnivores and captives should get less fatty proteinds like crickets, roaches, superworms and their beetles.  they should get a good calcium rich salad or dark leafy greens like collards, mustard greens, turnip tops, dandelions and grated winter squashes and a little fruit, like berries.  The salad should be fresh everyday and misted while in the tank.
 You ask about 3-4 days, are you planning on going away?  Are you in the US or northern hemisphere?  If you are, have you noticed him not eating or pooping as often as he did before?  If so, he may be going into brumation anyway.  This is a hibernation period lizards go through before waking for spring mating season.  f he's showing these signs, you can just keep his tank dark and let him sleep, just make sure his home is free of any rogue insects.
