Fluffy is 9yrs. lives in a cages by design palace. Recently he's been sitting on his top rock with his tounge hanging out. His top rock temp is usually 90ish and his bottom level is usually 80ish. Humidity is not great maybe 80%. I have cooled him with a bath or pouring water over him but he still does it...I cant think that he is really too hot...his color is good. Do you think it is just a "new behavior? It's nice to have someone to ask, thanks

Can you tell me about his setup for me?  Does he have adequate UVB lighting, & what type & brand is it?  A flourescent tube bulb or compact light?  How old is it?
Can he close his mouth completely?  
What are you measuring his temps with?  A stick on thermometer, a digital probe or a temp gun?
The humidity sounds fine as well.  
Are you supplementing calcium, & if so, how often?  
What types of foods do you feed Fluffy?
