heating and lighting

I have just bought a yellow throated plated lizard and I'm not sure wheter or not to leave his haet mat and UVB light on during the night or to turn both off or leave one on!! any suggestions?

I have never kept this species of lizard but they look very similar in body appearance and their needs are similar to the Blue Tongue Skinks that I keep

I would get both a basking spot bulb and a UV florescent bulb for them
They should not need any heating in their tank at night as long as they are in a room that does not fall below 60 degrees at night

Here is a good link for their care and the best thing to do is find any forums that have a section devoted to these types of lizards as well as look for more care sheets on them
