Question
I had a question about the humidity. I have been searching everywhere for a answer and came up with two. Some say it should be between 60-80% but no less than 60 and some say between 30-50%. I have been trying to keep it past 60% but it always falls to around mid 50's. I dont want to over due it or anything. If i mist it in the morning and at night it stays around mid 50's.

Answer
Hi Albert, Your frog will be just fine with exactly what you are doing now. I often find that humidity "requirements" for many species of frogs are overstated. People end up struggling to maintain an artificially high humidity in their entire enclosure by covering the tank and reducing ventilation and over misting. This enourages both bacterial and fungal growth which is far more  dangerous for frogs. The native range for green tree frogs stretches from Delaware along to Texas and up into southern Illinois, the humidity range does not remain a constant 70% throughout that entire area.
Live plants and a humidity holding substrate like moss or coconut mulch will combine to create pockets or micro-environments of higher humidity in the enclosure that your frog can choose. An overall (approx) 40- 50% humidity in the rest of the cage is fine.
