microscopic lizard like parasite

Question
Hello,
I am immunocompromised due to CD57 lymphocyte suppression due to Lyme disease.  Recently I have developed parasitosis and one of the parasites.....I know this will sound unbelievable........looks exactly like some kind of lizard at 100x magnification in oil.  It has orange and blue eyes, 4 legs with 3 claws each, skin with spikes, a blunt snout with horizontal mouth with visible teeth, and came out of my skin as a a dark speck so I decided to give it microscopic examination.  Its tail is approximately 4x the length of the body and it is really mean looking.  My homeopath says it is the male of a species called "tahara" although God bless her she is prone to malapropisms.  Do you know of any such parasite and if so do you know its proper name?  I have also had another parasite exit my mouth that oozes some sort of enzyme or acid and within a matter of a minute or so can penetrate the skin.  It is rubbery, looks like a small piece off a cauliflower and she said is the female of the same species.  Any light you could shed on this would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you very much in advance.  Warm Regards, Ed.

Answer
Well, if it is a reptile, you get to name it.  The smallest species on record that I know of is just over a centimenter.  I have never heard of anything like you describe.  There is a water-born organism called a "water bear," (tardio-something or other) that is said to resemble a bear but that wouldn't explain the tail you are seeing.  Sorry, not much help.  Let me know if someone figures that one out.
