i found a frog...posssible tree frog ,ive been to a vet, and done much research on it...vet says never seen this kind before and doesnt know how to help it...he/she will not eat i have it in a half and half glass tank set up just right and a heat lamp along with many food items ive purchased....i dnt know what im doing wrong unless he/she is not a tree frog im almost certain...im in round lake park ill....and own other tree frogs and some turtles, im concerned that im not doing something right and im going to kill it, it hurts and need some advice...i mist the tank...i can email a pic if neccessary.. but only from phone not a computer..ty so much rg

If you don't know what species it is, then how do you know you have the tank set up "just right"?

This is wildlife, and wildlife often stress and refuse to eat when captured. It will probably starve itself to death first. My advice is that if you are concerned that you are going to kill it, then you probably will. Return it where you found it, BEFORE it dies, and don't collect from the wild anymore. That's pretty well frowned upon these days by many in the reptile hobby, and for this very reason.
