Question
QUESTION: Im looking for a bright color chameleon that changes colors
and that fits my price range which is anywhere from 100-200$. Which chameleon would you suggest for me ?

ANSWER: I'm sorry, I don't make recommendations on reptile pets without knowing what your level of reptile experience is, and I'm less inclined to recommend a Cham if you are worried about budget. Chams are generally regarded as not for novices. Only recommendations I make in the blind are entry level such as Leopard Gecko.

QUESTION: I had him 2 years but i think he was a little old when i got him but this wasnt my first reptile i have had a sand gecko a leopard gecko and a bearded dragon so i have decided to try another chameleon

Answer
Ok, well if he was a little old when you got him, then you didn't keep him his "whole life span". What I'm getting at is how many years of reptile experience you have, i.e., what is the longest you have had any one reptile alive?

You list several reptiles, but what happened to them? My wife has two Leo Geckos that are 10 years old now. They probably have a good many more in them. A Beardie should live 8 or more years in good conditions for example. If your animals died prematurely, then I don't think another Chameleon is the right choice. It may pay the price for your inexperience. But, you have made your mind up, so what can I do besides tell you what you want to hear? You are looking for an opinion based on price range and color. I don't do those questions. The most important thing to me, is that you know what you are doing with Chameleons. I recommend you read Francois Le Berre's book "The New Chameleon Handbook". This is a man I have spoken to personally. He consulted me on a matter concerning another species he was unfamiliar with, so you understand from what position of knowledge I speak.
