bearded wont eat - July

Question
My son's 9-10 month old Bearded is very lethargic and won't eat. For past 10 days eats very little whereas previously he was a voracious eater of greens in the morning and crickets in afternoon. very sudden change in behavior. Forced him to take a bath after 7 days since I thought he might be impacted and he pooped . but still litte interest in food and now, 4 days later, no new bowel movement. He ate a few dried mealworms and very occasion al green, a few days ago, but only tiny amounts. and no crickets which he previously went nuts for. We moved his cage into another room, and siwthched him form juvenile dry food to adult flukers food (both were only a supplement to greens/crickets) but that is the only signifcant change. temeprature should be near the same. I've read about brumation, but all references are to winter. I'm in Tennessee and it is bright and warm in July. He will follow me withhis eyes, but that's about it.
Is this sudden change of behavior normal for moving a cage from one room to another?

Thanks for any advice on other signs to look for or how long I should accept this behavior before having a professional look at him.

Answer
Honestly, your best bet would be to take him to a vet who specializes in (or at the very least has some experience with) reptiles.  And sooner is better.  My first guess would be parasites but there are so many other problems that can cause similar symptoms that a vet would need to check him out to know for certain what to treat him with.  Best of luck with him, and I hope he does better for you.
