bumps

my juvenile leopard gecko has a bump, that is now twice or 3 times the size it was a week ago,on her right cheek. and another one on her left on the mouth.im thinking parasite. but idk. also she wont open her eyes. and being as she wont she had lost some weight. i was just wondering what are all the possibilitys of what it might be.
i will be taking her to the vet after payday.

 ny deformities or swellngs should be treated definitively by a proper reptile vet.  There are no home remedies for this.  Have her seen by a vet as soon as possible!  Closed eyes can be a sign of pain, extreme distress, or photokeratinosis if using a compact bulb type of UVB source.  Since leos are nocturnal, I doubt the last applies but the first two reasons should be plain she needs her doctor.
