Question
QUESTION: I will be moving to another state in a couple weeks.I was wondering how I should make the move with my leopard gecko. I do have a critter carrying cage for her.it will be a 10-12 hour drive.what things should I do to make it less stressful for my gecko?

ANSWER: Hello Molly,

Leopard geckos are very easy to move!
What size critter keeper do you have?
You can place her in the critter keeper with a fleece blankie or a soft towel without anything else.  You wont want anything in with her so it doesn't fly around & injure her.
I wouldn't worry about keeping him a certain temperature while traveling as she most likely wont eat during this time.
I think she will be just fine during the drive.
How old is she?

QUESTION: it is a medium size critter keeper  about 10x6 inches big enough for her to move around in. Im not sure how old she is. I got her from petsmart three months ago.

Answer
Hello Molly,

She is beautiful!
That size of critter keeper will be fine, she will be snug in there.
She will probably just sleep most of the way anyway.  She might even
enjoy the drive, too.
Let me know how the move goes & how she does on it!
I would refrain from feeding her though just so she doesn't have any
added stress from having to digest food while moving & being in a new
area for awhile.
