my sick bearded dragon is sick please help

my bearded dragonhas not been eating very much if any for the past week or to i didnt no he was suppose to have calcium or get wormed and he is a very picky eater he only likes meal worms or crickets i came home today and his eyes were sunkin in and he was very pail i took him to the pet store she said he probably has worms and a calcium deficiency and i dont no what to do hes an adult bearded dragon please please help.

Can you post some pictures of your dragon for me?  
What type & brand of UVB do you use, a fluorescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?  What type of basking light are you using, a bright white light or a colored light?
Do you supplement with calcium?
Is his beard black right now, & are his eyes still sunken in?
