Question
I have recently attempted to rescue a baby bearded dragon from near certain death.  I don't know much about them but am trying to learn.  it was having a bad shed and was not able to open its eyes.  this caused it to not eat.  I have gotten its eyes to open, and can get it to eat.  I have now noticed a small amount of dark red/orange "fungus" looking stuff on its back foot.  i did not know if it was dangerous or if it had something to do with the lack of eating.  please let me know if this is something to be worried about.

Answer
Hello Wayne,

Do you have a picture of the discoloration on his foot?
What is your setup like?  Are you using a basking light & a UVB light?
What type & brand of UVB light are you using, a fluorescent tube bulb or compact/coil light?
What are the temperatures in the tank?  Are you using a stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
How big is he?
What are you feeding him, currently?
It could be fungal, which does need to be treated.  A picture would be very helpful though.
