hi tracie..... we have 2 water dragons and wondering....what can we do or what are the options for our water dragons.....we are goin on a 4 days 3 nights trip outta town, can we leave the light on them for all those nights or can they survive with it off.....and how long can they survive without it.....and how long can they go if they dont eat??? (note: we will feed them)...just asking....thanks

Hello Adria,

Hm, your water dragons should be fine with no food, but they can't survive real well no, without some type of heating.  Do you have a timer that you could use to just set their lights to a 12 hour on & a 12 hour off cycle for them?
You could leave some worms in for them in a large dish so they aren't completely without.  
They don't need light at night, as they can't sleep well with lighting.  You could use a ceramic heat emitter for heating if your tank gets too cool at night.  Normally they can get into the 70's with no problems.
