Wart-like growths

Question
I have a bearded dragon named Fonzie. Lately my boyfriend and I have noticed wart-like growths on the underside of the base of his tail. They are slightly yellow and translucent. They are about 1/8 inch or so, maybe a little smaller. But we do not know what they are and are afraid they might be a problem. Do you have a suggestion of what might be going on?

I'm guessing you are seeing your beardies femoral pores....they are normal...males have them.   Here is a link to a picture...
