gecho sick

my gecko is very sick. he has a black spot that appears to be near his digestive system. he has lost all his weight very fast and has no strength at all. he appears to be eating but seems to through up his crickets. kinda seems like he is not digesting anything..... please help! i don't think he has much time ,:(

What type of setup do you have?  Do you have an undertank heater being used in conjunction with a basking light on one end of the tank?  What is the hot spot on that one end?  It needs to be around 88-90, & 80 or so on the cool end.
Do you have a moist humid hide on the warm end too?
How quickly has this happened?
Did he possibly get hold of some bad crickets?  
How do his stools look?  
Can you get a fecal done on him?  He may have parasites that need to be treated.
How long has this black spot been there, can you post a picture of it?
You should try to get some food into him though.  Get some chicken or turkey babyfood & use a plastic dropper or plastic syringe to drip onto his nose to see if he will lick that off.
