blue-tongued skinks

Hi,
I have an adult blue-tongued skink that I purchased several months ago.  Is it common for them to frequently have dried secretions over their eyes and nostrils.  Daily, I put pet eye drops in his eyes.  Otherwise, he seem pretty healthy.  Thanks

Do you have a humid area for him?  A section of the tank should have a low box of dampened sphagnum moss available.  Since little information was given as far as how his enclosure is set up, or which species of BTS. I'm including a well-known general caresheet link for you to check over.  If you have all husbandry details covered then I would urge having your skink checked out by a good herp veterinarian.
