my baby beardie is sick

hi my baby bearded dragon seems to be doing something a little weird. hes kind of dragging himself. especially his head. and he is also acting really dumb i guess you can say. bumping his head falling off his rock and sticks. its strange he was fine a few hours ago and now hes like this. what can it be??

 Get him to a good reptile vet!  This does not sound good at all.  Sounds neurological.  By the way...what kind of UVB light do you have for him?  If it is a compact, this might be the cause.  Compacts and coils are very bad for reptiles and really should be off the market.
