Eating & Drinking

I just bought a red tail boa from a friend it is about 4 months old. He said it hasn't eaten in about a month. I bought it a pinkie the other day and it wouldn't eat it.
It also doesn't seem like it's drinking any water. temperature stays at 85-90 Degrees and humidity is at 50-60.
It has Aspen Bedding. It has a hideout. The light is on 12 hours day time and off 12 hours night time.(I have a black light for night.)I cant really understand, so please tell me what is up if you can.

Try feeding it an adult mouse.  Even brand new baby boas start on hoppers so pinkies are way too small.  BY "black light" are you talking about one of those that makes things glow in the dark?  If so, they can cause some damage over time.   Look for a ceramic heat emitter if you need to add heat at night.
