I am wanting to breed mountain horned dragons, and I do not know which is
female and which is male? Can you tell?

 Adult males are usually slimmer than females. And the base of their tail is sort of capsule shaped before tapering, while females look like a sort of diamond shape. There is a site with a diagram and some pretty good pictures that will give you an idea of what I mean:
