This is my frog named
i have a red eye tree frog tht has something wrong w him tht we cnt figure out what it is he seems to have his insides hangin out of his butt. he had it happen a couple of weeks ago and my uncle and a friend thought tht it was a collapesed bowel syndrome and thought he was gona die and then about a week later he got better but it doesnt really seem to bother him i mean he still eats and is very active at nite like always so if u no what it is or what is goin on i would really appreciate some help thx

That would be a prolapse either rectal, intestinal or colon.
It will eventually kill him if it is not fixed. It will get dried out or damaged with it hanging out in that manner.
Is he getting calcium regularly? If not, he is most likely calcium deficient. He needs to have calcium with D3 dustings several times per week. Also, the feeders he gets should be fed & gutloaded prior to being fed to him.
This happened probably due to him having to strain too hard when going to the bathroom. The GI tract operates off of calcium ions & when calcium levels fall too low, the smooth muscles cannot functino properly.
What are the temps in the tank for him? It needs to be around 70-75 & no higher than 85.
What is the humidity in the tank? It should run around 30-50% on average.
