Question
a lizard was ran over we cant make it to the vet and rspca wont answer it wont move but will breath and one eye it opened but the other is closed

Answer
 Unfortunately, from programs I have seen.  Animals and cars in Australia have become a sad fact of life.  The internal injuries would have been too much for this little guy to have survived anyway, poor thing.  There would have been nothing you could have done if the proper authorities would not respond.
