tree dragons

Hi, I have a 1 year old tree dragon and he's going through this stage were he's not eating. He's also not opening his eyes and he's always sleeping it's like he's hibernating. Right now it's in december and and all he does all day is sleep . Im a little scared and curious. (Just wonndering).

Can you post a picture of your tree dragon?  Is it a Chinese Tree Dragon, correct?  
At 1 year of age, it is pretty normal for them to want to brumate during the wintertime.  
What type & brand of UVB light are you using, is it a florescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?  How old is the UVB light?  How close is the UVB light to him?  What type of basking light are you using, a bright white light or a colored light?
Are you using calcium on a regular basis?  
What are the temperatures in the tank & what type of thermometer are you using to measure the temperatures with, a stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
Please answer those questions, so I can review your tank setup just to make sure everything is all setup correctly.  Thanks!
