Spotted Gecko turning yellow

My spotted gecko,who is relatively healthy, is turning yellow. I have heard from other people that this is not a good situation. What can be done about this? Thank you for your time.

Can you post a picture of your gecko for me?  How old is he?  It could be jaundice yes.  
What types of foods do you feed it?  What does the stool look like, are the urates discolored at all?


Please post a picture for me.  Can you get him to the vet?
