Question
WE HAVE HAD A VEILED CHAMELEON FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 WEEKS NOW. WE FEED
IT CRICKETS AND MIST THE CAGE WITH WATER 1 TO 2 TIMES A DAY. WELL WE
HAVE NOTICED THAT  WHEN IT CURVES ITS BODY, ON ONE SIDE THERE ARE LIKE
6 BONEY LOOKING BUMPS. WE ARE CONCERNED AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Answer
Hi Tracy, I found your question in the question pool and may be able to help. I strongly suspect that you are seeing the normal rib structure. Chameleons have hinged ribs that allow them to change the body shape for basking and to remain hidden.  This link has an illustration of a veiled skeleton showing the ribs in their bent position. It is quite normal for the hinge area to make  visible bumps in the skin.
