mystery lizard
about 6-8" long, dark brown/black with yellow/orange spots, black horizontal stripes and a head-to-tail dorsal fin. he can expand his throat "flap"

Hello Tony,

Where in the United States are you located?
That would be a Bahama Anole or a Brown Anole.  
They are very pretty & inhabit most of Florida, Texas, south Georgia & a few other places.
The throat flap is called the dewlap.
