I have pictures of 3 lizzards taken in Huntington Beach State Park. SC. I plan to include these in a utube video on the park and want to make sure I have correct identification. this one has a reddish flap under its chin that it can show at times. All were taken May 6, 2009

Looks to be the common green anole,Anolis carolinensis
The red dewlap is a characteristic of a male anole.
