Question
I have a eyelash crested gecko that likes to escape from it's cage. I don't know how it escapes the lid fits over the top of the cage properly so there isn't any way it should be able to get out. We have even put a board on top of the cage lid and it still somehow got out....Please help!!!!!

Answer
While not avoiding your question I need to know if its a screen enclosure, glass, acrylic or what the enclosure is actually made of.  If it is a screen one I would inspect every inch of it to make sure there are no holes as I have had screen enclosures where the screen separates and is almost unnoticeable until close examination is performed.  If its a lid issue is it a sliding lid or one that fits over the enclosure itself?  If its one that fits over the enclosure I would do the same and inspect the screen part of it it maybe that the edges are separated somewhere etc.

Hope this helps.  Please feel free to continue to ask further so we can figure this out.
