neon tree dragon

my brother got to neon tree dragons about 2 months ago one male and one female the female had her tongue out almost like she threw it up she has done that twice now and my brother thinks she might be pregnant so what does that mean?

How old are your tree dragons?  What type of setup do you have for them?
I would like to see a picture of them if possible.  Are you using any UVB lighting for them right now?
She could be gravid yes.  Though, if her tongue is hanging out all of the time, she could be ill as well.  
Do you supplement with calcium on a regular basis?  What type of foods do you feed them?
