Uromastyx sick

My son's Uromastyx was found lying on her back.  When you pick her up she seems ok.  She is eating and pooping but seems sluggish.  We have had her about 4 years and this is totally new.  She eat spinach,collard greens, and carrots, with millet seed and flax seed.  We also have a powered supplement to put on her food.  Is this concerning?

That is too bad you found her lying on her back!
Are you using any UVB light for her?  How often do you give calcium?
It sounds like she may be calcium deficient.  
The diet looks pretty good, you could add some veggies such as squash varieties to give more of a balance.

Do you have any pictures of her?
What are the temperatures in her tank?
