Identifying Sailfin lizard species

Question
QUESTION: Hello Tracie, I've been keeping a juvenile sailfin lizard for 7 months now and I am pretty sure he is a Hydrosaurus pustulatus until recently. His coloration has lighten up from the dark brownish hue with hints of yellow to pale greenish yellow.

At first I thought, maybe its just a post shed color, bright and colorful as with other herps, but it remained different for a month now.

I've compared him with pics from the nets and from other pet owners's opinion, now Im confused if he is H. weberi (which is not local here in the Philippines) or just one gorgeous H. pustulatus. I didn't consider H. amboinensis on this case since they are darkbrown/black in coloration.

I hope you can help me in confirming my lizard's species. Attach are photos before and after the color changes. Thank you. Erik

ANSWER: Hello Erik,

I would love to see some pictures of your sailfin dragon!  They are so beautiful.
I think you forgot to attach the pictures though.  :-)
What color is he?
He sounds absolutely beautiful.  How big is he now?
Are you in the Philippines now?

I will help as much as I can with identifying the species type for you.
Is he eating really well too?

QUESTION: Sorry I did forget to post the photos. Well, here they are, all of these were taken today. Apparently I can't find any old photo for now.

Anyway, this sailfin has no problems in eating/defecating. He's quite tolerant and can be handled without any problems.

He is about 7.5-8.5 inches SVL. Estimated age is 1 year old.
Thank you.

Answer
Hello Erik,

I will  have to take a look at some pictures.  We don't have too many sailfin dragons here in the US.
He is georgeous!  I have seen pictures of some that looks similar to him.  His size is good for his age, too.  I bet he is eating a lot too.
Thanks.  I will get back to you soon.
