building a terrarium

im thinking about building a long term terrarium for my beardie. 24"w x 60"l x 18"h is that ok? also wat type of wood should i use?

Hello Nick,

That is a good sized terrarium for sure.  He will love that size.  We use regular plywood or melamine.  Do not use pine or cedar as they emit hydocarbons which can become toxic.  
You could use aspen or birch or cherrywood, but they are expensive!
