So it doesnt matter about the lighting and heating for 3-4 hours? What do you mean my deli cups, polystyrene cups? How would i control the heat?

No, bearded dragons are a desert species, and 3 or 4 hours of room temperatures won't phase them.  They experience that every night when the lights and heat go out (Or, at least, they should).

Deli cups are the small plastic cups with lids that you get macaroni salad in, at the deli.  They're commonly used for transporting and shipping small reptiles.  Or, you can just use small cardboard boxes.  The darkness will help keep them calm.  You can also use small Kritter Keepers.  The purpose is to prevent anything from falling on them and injuring them, and to keep them separated so they don't scratch each other if they scrabble around in a panic.
