Swollen Hamster

Our usually friendly hamster is crying, trying to bite us,a nd has a belly so swollen she falls over and can't get back up.  She seems constipated.  Can I tell if she is dehydrated?  I tried taking a warm wash cloth to her bottom, like you do puppies to make them pee.  It seemed to help a little.  No way she's pregnant.

When a hamster is a baby sometimes there bellies swell up and they die but that is because there mothers have an infection in there breast milk maybe there is an infection in her water or food. I would take her to a vet.
