Hamster has a swolen lip

I am really hoping you can help me.  My hampster has a swolen bottom lip and she has a line going down her neck that is pink with out hair.  What ever this is, it's like she can't even close her mouth.  Please help!!

Question, what type of bedding are you using? Sometimes ceder and pine can cause fur loss in animals. It sounds like her bottom lip is raw from scratching or an infection. Personally, I'd take your hamster to a vet for a check up and to see if you can get some antibiotics for the bottom lip.
