i have a pretty young teddybear hamster. He seems to have a messy bum. I read in an other question that this was a bad sign. He seems to be acting normal.. also it is all over his belly could this be sweat?
I need your help ASAP!!! Please reply as soon as you can.

Hey, Nolan.
That is a bad sign because it means your hamster could have wet tail.  Wet tail is a very harmful but common type of intestinal infection.  What you should do right now is try to see if you can get your hamster to a vet.  A vet has the right kind of antibiotics that are needed to treat this infection.  Remember, the sooner your hamster gets these antibiotics, the better.
The only thing you can do is to make sure your hamster doesn't dehydrate.  Make sure he's drinking plenty of water, and giving him some apple or cucumber slices would help as well.
