hamster sleeping more

Question
I have a 2 year old female teddy bear hamster who has been sleeping almost the
entire night lately. However, she is eating and drinking regularly, and seems
completely normal when I wake her up and take her out of the cage. She runs
quickly and seems very alert.

Does this sound like a problem?

Hello! Nah your female hamster is fine. She's pretty old and she's just being lazy :). My dwarf hamster sleeps most of the day as well but when I take him out of his cage he is alert and active as ever. :-) Nothing to worry about she's just getting up in age and is just happy and content sleeping the night away.
