QUESTION: i have an american bulldog she is having her 4 litter of pups she is due anyday now and there is no milk coming from her nipples. she had a litter in sept 08 will she have enough milk to take care of her puppies

All these play a large part in the health and well being of not only the pups but the dam.

QUESTION: she is 4 years old  she had her first litter when she was 1 1/2 yrs old the 2nd when she was 2 1/2 the 3rd at 3yrs 2mts and now she is 4. she eats purnia dog chow

So she's been bred every heat her last three seasons.  That would explain why her body hasn't had a chance to catch up.  

A breeding female should be in top physical and mental health, be on quality food, supplement with organ meats, vitamins and oils.  Her milk may come after she's whelped, but her body is going to need so extra proteins and vitamins.
