was told female boxer was pregnant

Hello,

we just adopted a set of boxer a male and female ... And was told the she was pregnant and has had one litter before and she didn't look pregnant at all .. when we went to see her she doesnt look it at all and well i wanted to know if this is possible and they also told me she would be due this week or next week.. I realy dont think she is pregant
they never had the dogs inside so they are not potty trained at all... They were gonna let them go on the streets and i couldnt let that happen and he told me that when she had her first litter she looks the same now not pregnant and had 9 puppies and 8 lived.... Can you guide me on this one please...

Hi. If she is due this week or next, she should be showing, her breasts should be large, and you should be able to feel the puppies by now. She may even have milk in. it is possible that she may be only having one or two, but you should still be able to feel it by now. What you can do is have your vet palpate for them, it shouldn't cost much for this, or you can have an x-ray done. Boxers can be hard to potty train, especially older ones that have never been in the house before. It just takes lots of patience, lots of time, be cinsistant, and offer a ton of praise.
