my dogs in labour?

hi my dog(tara a rotty) is due 2 have her pups 2 moro(23 march)9 weeks before she mated) milk is coming out of her teets and has been for the past 2-3 days shes been breathing heaverly and also keeps lying down and likin her teets, her belly is huge, i think shel have them 2nyt. iv search the web and read everyhing on whelping. shes still eating food as i know they go off food when there due but she can eat for britan so i dnt think shel go off her food. please give me some advice i realy want her to hav them soon cuz iv been up 3 nyts now waiting and lying with her. HELP ! me out plz if there any information you could give plz get bak 2 me A.S.A.P thanks xxxxxxx

Does she has a whelping or nesting box that she can have her pups?  

There is an old adage that says "a watched pot never boils".  And this applies to whelping too.  Take her for short walks, give her lots of TLC and when the pups are ready, they'll come.
