My female pitbull was not spayed and was around a male pitbull that was about 4 months, he mounted and was quickly pulled off....tonight dec 24 2007 i discovered when i pinch her nipples small amounts of white oily (milk) comes out of each nipple. She is acting very quiet and not herself lately...it is close to christmas so it will be hard to take her to a vet and get an appointment, do you think my baby girl can be pregnant? i wanted your opinion on the situation or any signs i can look for or any tips...thank you

When was your female mounted and did they get a tie?  

It is very common for females to experience a false pregnancy where they show all the signs including lactating but with no pups.  

The hormonal changes that occur when a female is in season last for a few months, so "depression", lack of energy and a becoming "needy" are all common.

The only way to tell for certain is to have an x-ray done after day 50.
