worried chi parent

I have a 9 month old teacup chi. I noticed one day a little over two weeks ago that she was licking herself and she was extremely swollen down there. The next day she started bleed. She wore a diaper for about a week and then she stopped bleeding but she is still so swollen. A few days ago I noticed she developed her 8 nipples but it seems like they just keep getting bigger. I have her in my hands and site at most times but for some reason I have a weird thought of pregnancy. Also about 3 days ago she has started humping everything. Well specifically her favoprite toy but she has never humped before, not even once since i got her at 6 weeks. This might be normal stuff but I've never had a female dog.

Sounds like she went into heat.  False pregnancy is very common in dogs and in fact, a female may exhibit all the signs, without the end results.  

"Humping" is a dominance trait not a sexual one.  You should correct that behavior immediately.  Nobody likes and obnoxious dog, even a 4 pound one.
