small Yorkie last stage of pregnancy

I have a small yorkie female 5lb bread her to a 4lb male she is very big and is due the 30th of sept.  I have noticed a discharge coming from her about 3 weeks ago, brownish in color.  With only 1 week to go until delivery I have found a green very thick and almost rubbery discharge stuck to her vagina.  My question is, is this normal or what does this mean?

Hi Melissa. You need to get this girl to the vet fast. Any colored discharge before the birth of the first puppy isn't right. The green discharge may mean that a puppy died, or a placenta came lose from the uterine wall. The best thing to do for mom and pups is to get her to the vet. Good luck.
