Question

Serena is the one with My 6 years old rotweiler is now around 20 days pregnant and in the last 3 days she become moody, she refuse her normal food and, against her normal habits, she want to stay alone in some funny places of the house she's never been before. Beside she's scratching herself to blood under her mouth and she doesn't like to walk or swim like before did. Is this behaving somehow normal?

Hi. Sorry this is late. First of all, great looking dogs you have there.:-) I love it when people attach pics. Second, this is ormal behavior for a pregnant girl. They can get kind of freaky at times. They attitude changes, they may refuse their nomal food, and change their habits as well. If she doesn't want to swim or walk much at this point, then don't force it. A trip to the vet is in order to figure out what's going on with her scratching, and you'll want to tell him everything else that is going on as well, just to make sure that everything's ok.
