My toy poodle is 57 days pregnant and her temperature has been under 99 for the passed three (3) days and she has had a mucus discharge, what should I expect?

Hi Jennifer

You still have a week or so to go.  The mucus plug can start discharging 24 hours to 10 days prior to whelp.

57 days is to early for pups, in fact, pups born prior to day 60 usually don't survive as their lungs aren't developed.  Best thing to do is sit back and let Mother Nature do her thing.
