Question
Are you on myspace? I've just bought a beautiful 3mths old English bulldog pup. I am looking in to the future about wether to have him fixed or to stud him out. Do you have any good sources to compare his acceptability as a good stud?

Answer
Hi Bree. No, I'm not on myspace.:-) It's good that you want to do your research. There are certain health problems in your breed, in every breed, that a dog needs to be checked for before breeding. Have you thought about trying to show your puppy? I'm going to give you some links for you to look at. The first one has the detailed standard. The second one is a really good one, it's the BCA, and it has a ton of info on health, ect. Just click on the link at the bottom of the page. The third one is of some stud dogs. I honestly don't know how good they are, but from what I read on the site, they may be something to compare your boy to. If I can help in any way, please let me know.
