My boxer, Nellie, is currently in season, swollen and blood spots etc....i have kept her away from other male dogs, the worry i have is:- Is there a chance she could be pregnant even though she is bleeding?? her nipples are very large at the moment. She is 3yrs old and this is her 2nd season since i have had her, she didn't seem to have the large nipples during her last season.

Hi Joanna,  Are you sure she did not mate with one of the males?  Here nipples can be larger during this Heat ( Season ).
I can't say for sure that she is not pregnant.

Make sure she is away from any males even 2 weeks after the bleeding has stopped.
