Question
I have adopted a female boxer who is 3 years old.  I was told she had 1 litter of 4 pups and because of a prolapsed uterus she had to be spayed. Her genitals a large and hang in the back like a bee stinger and her nipples are large and long.  Is this the normal condition of a female who was used for breeding?  Is there anything we can do for her surgically?  She looks to young and beautiful to be hanging all over. Thanks for your help.

Answer
Unfortunately yes, after whelping a female tends to sag, just like us. :-) There's really not much you can do for it. Since she won't be bred anymore it may get some better with time. as for anything surgically that you can do, I doubt it. But you can talk to your vet and see what he thinks you can do to help her.
